Location: East Anglia County: Cambridge Market: ATE / Test Systems Discipline: Test Salary: Commensurate with experience A market leader in the Radio Communications arena has a vacancy for a highly experienced System Quality and Test Lead Engineer with solid experience of conformance testing in wireless communications ( GSM, GPRS, 3G, LTE, PMR ).
Experience with the automation of manual software testing, electrical and mechanical certification regimes as well as configuration management of hardware and software designs are all beneficial.
The successful candidate must have proven experience of line managing teams of 20+; have good team coordination abilities, excellent analysis and numerical skills as well as having the ability to think at system level.
A good understanding of electronic, RF, mechanical, digital and software testing and quality controls would be an asset as would exposure to EMC directives and a good quality assurance awareness .
Knowledge of the R&TTE Directive would be advantageous as would an appreciation of the general legal requirements for CE marking.
You will take responsibility for managing existing multi-disciplinary test teams, will structure and coordinate trials of new products and most importantly drive root cause analysis efforts. You will be tasked with enhancing and extending the quality control functions and will continuously improve product quality by broadeningand deepening the degree of automation.

| Manufacturing Test Analysis Engineer |
Location: South Coast County: Hampshire Market: ATE / Test Systems Discipline: Test Salary: Experience Dependent A leading High-tech Company on the South Coast is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Test Analysis Engineer to provide a PCB Assembly DFT and test coverage analysis support service.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of manufacturing test techniques such as API, AXI, JTAG and ICT together with experience of ICT test development tools such as Teradyne or Agilent. You should also be familiar with LabVIEW, LabWindows or TestStand and have knowledge of CAD tools such as Mentor BoardStation.
The successful applicant will take responsibility for ensuring PCB assemblies have the required levels of Testability and fault coverage by using DFM and DFT analysis tools; will develop and analyse test solutions to identify areas for improvement; prepare product manufacturing test strategies as well as enhance the understanding of manufacturing test requirements within the design team.

| Test Systems Engineer |
Location: South East County: Buckinghamshire Market: ATE / Test Systems Discipline: Test Salary: To C£30K An experienced Test Systems Engineer is sought by an established Buckinghamshire Company, a leader in the supply of equipment and technology products and services to the Space Communications industry.
The ideal applicant will be qualified to a minimum of HNC level in an Electronics Engineering discipline and will have proven experience of working within an Aerospace or similar environment .
With a background covering a broad range of Electronic and RF Test equipment, you will be familiar with a wide range of electronic components as well as having an appreciation of HP-VEE or C++. Familiarity with some of the following would be highly advantageous: Waveguide, Ferrite, Coupler, Dielectric, Filter, Resonant or Tuning.
The successful individual will work within a clean room environment focusing on the test and debug of RF and Electronic / Digital Boards. The role will also involve the production of test reports, the identification of test ancillary test equipment requirements as well as the assembly and validation of basic test systems and the provision of technical support as required.
A salary of up to C£30K will be offered to the ideal applicant .
Personal attributes should include flexibility, good interpersonal skills, the ability to work well both independently as well as in a team together with the ability to travel as required.
