Applicants must hold a minimum of a 1st / 2.1 Bachelors Degree in Physics or Engineering together with a PhD gained from a leading technology institution.
Solid working knowledge of imaging, optical design, simulation software and device fabrication would be a distinct advantage.
As well as having excellent hands-on development skills the ideal candidate will have confident client facing skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
The successful Optical Physicist will join a talented multidisciplinary team of Scientists and Engineers developing an exciting range of technologies including microfluidics, micro-mechanical devices, optics and medical diagnostics for specific customer requirements.
