Applications are sought from well qualified Engineers with a minimum of a 1st or 2.1 Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science.

This role can based in either Sheffield or Cambridge with overall responsibility for leading the International Physical Implementation team.

You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams as well as R&D and Advanced Product Development teams and as such will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate at multiple organisational levels.
You will build and maintain good working relationships with customer foundries as well as EDA suppliers.

It is essential that you have the ability to see where Physical Implementation can go both technically and commercially; you will have a good understanding of silicon processes, have the ability to negotiate commercially and technically as well as being able to confidently manage multiple programs and trade offs.
