Location: East Anglia County: Cambridgeshire Market: Product Discipline: Management Salary: C£40-60K + Generous Benefits A well qualified and resourceful Product Manager with an excellent background gained within a high-tech Marketing environment is sought by a renowned Cambridge Company, a Global leader in the development of the very latest technology for the wireless communications arena.
The successful individual will take responsibility for managing the company's Wi-Fi product portfolio from conception through to revenue and as such you will be expected to have a solid understanding of the latest Wi-Fi Standards, technologies and certification regimes.
You will hold a good degree in an Engineering discipline and will have significant commercial experience with excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as having strong negotiation skills.
It would be highly beneficial to have previous experience of customer and product marketing within a silicon chip company.
The role will also involve ensuring all facets of the products are delivered on time; ensuring the product is seen at all major shows; generating external and internal presentations and training material; developing business cases and writing marketing documentation for new products as well as identifying key market segments.
You will be required to undertake regular travel to meet customers both within the Uk and Globally.
