This prestigious Consultancy provides a quality design service to the communications, defence, scientific, industrial and automotive markets. The successful applicant will join the dedicated and talented RF IC Group and will carry out design in a range of technologies.

Experience and/or knowledge of some of the following is sought:
GaAs MMIC.
SiGe IC.
Multi-Chip Modules.
SMT based design at RF & MW frequencies to component level.
RF & MW PCB / MIC using various substrate technologies.
Communications System Design.
IC packaging technology.
High Power Microwave Amplifier Design.
Low Noise Synthesiser design.
Digital Modulation Schemes.
Passive Component design such as filters, couplers etc.

A thriving Cambridge high-tech start-up is seeking well qualified and highly experienced Analogue IC Design Engineers to join its dedicated and competent team of Engineers working on the latest power management technology.

You must be qualified to a minimum of Degree level in an Electronics Engineering and have proven commercial experience of High Speed Analogue and Mixed Signal IC Design using Cadence tools as well as having experience of operational amplifier design and switch mode techniques.

A very generous salary will be offered to the successful applicants able to meet the high expectations of this respected Company.

You should be familiar with the design of high performance analogue / mixed signal ICs in Bipolar and BiCMOS technologies and have experience of working with Foundry Design Kits. Knowledge of ESD and Latch-up prevention techniques is beneficial as is an appreciation of Linear power regulation design.
